We are so excited to meet you at Curl Coven! We schedule new clients a little differently. Here is some information on how it works, and how to book.
All new client booking is done online through monthly calendar launch dates. On the first of each month at 7:00pm CST, the calendar will open on our booking site and show all available openings for the following month. For example, on 3/1, the calendar will open for the month of April.
After submitting an appointment request for a new client package, an email will be sent to the address on file asking for photos of your hair when it is styled down in its natural pattern. This is to confirm that the requested appointment will allow for enough time for the service to be completed based on length, density, etc. If this email is not responded to within 48 hours, the appointment request will be denied and will become available to book on the booking site.
If the requested appointment will allow for enough time, the appointment will be confirmed and the 50% non-refundable retainer fee will be charged to the card on file. If the requested appointment will not allow for enough time, alternative options will be offered.

A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required for all appointments. If this charge is not successful, the appointment will be cancelled. This retainer fee may be transferred once to an appointment that is rescheduled prior to our cancellation policy window for up to 30 days following the original appointment date. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, the retainer fee will be forfeited and used to cover the cost of the cancelled appointment.
All new clients are required to schedule one of the new client packages for their first visit, even if a curly cut service has been received at a different salon. There are no exceptions to this policy.
After the first visit, follow-up appointments are recommended every 3 months. If you choose not to schedule a follow-up prior to leaving the salon, you may do so at a later date by emailing liv@curlcoven.com or calling the salon at 629-702-6146.
