We are so excited to meet you at Curl Coven! We schedule new clients a little differently. Here is some information on how it works, and how to book.

All new client booking is done online. To reserve a new client service, click here (please note we do not offer color, blowouts, perms, or any straightening/smoothing services). Please make sure to read about our policies and pricing prior to scheduling.

At the time of booking for a service, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee will be charged to the card on file. If this charge is not successful, the appointment will be cancelled. This retainer fee may be transferred once to an appointment that is rescheduled prior to our cancellation policy window for up to 30 days following the original appointment date. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, the retainer fee will not be able to be transferred, and the remaining 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file.

All new clients are required to schedule one of the new client packages for their first visit, even if a curly cut service has been received at a different salon. There are no exceptions to this policy.

After the first visit, scheduling follow-up appointments is recommended. If you choose not to schedule a follow-up prior to leaving the salon, you may do so at a later date by emailing liv@curlcoven.com. Please make sure to read about our policies and pricing prior to scheduling.
