Curl Coven enforces a firm 48-hour cancellation policy.
We require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee for all appointments. In the event of a cancellation, reschedule, or no-show within this time frame, the required 50% retainer fee is forfeited and applied to the cancelled appointment. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled prior to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the non-refundable retainer fee may be transferred once to a new appointment up to 30 days after the originally scheduled date. Curl Coven reserves the right to refuse service or place a guest on a walk-in only basis if they are a repeat offender of the cancellation policy.
This includes instances where hair is not prepped properly for a service, or a child or guest is brought to an appointment. No guests or children are permitted in Curl Coven unless they are receiving a service.
refunds & exchanges
Curl Coven does not offer refunds on services, products, or retainer fees. Unopened products can be exchanged for something else of equal or lesser value within 14 days of purchase. Adjustments can be made to a service within 14 days of the original service.
Retainer fees are required for all services and are non-refundable. These fees are 50% of the total cost of the service(s) booked. In the event of a cancellation or reschedule made prior to 48 hours before an appointment, a retainer fee may be transferred once to a new appointment up to 30 days after the originally scheduled date. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, retainer fees are kept by Curl Coven and put towards the cost of the missed appointment. Retainer fees are not valid for purchases of products or gift cards, nor can they be transferred to another person in the event that they cannot be used by the client who scheduled the original appointment.
consent form
Curl Coven requires a consent form to be signed by every client who schedules an appointment for a service. This form must also be signed by the parent or guardian of any minor who is between the ages of 12 and 18.
